Great facility,staff and maintenance crew,always helpful and prompt to respond. Parking and security is top notch ,never street parking,no car break in due to security gates.

I like living at Lakehouse Apartments mainly because of the location and the quality of the units. It’s close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, which makes day-to-day errands and commuting pretty simple. It’s convenient without feeling too busy, which I appreciate. The units themselves are clean and modern, Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, and the location just makes things easier.

Living at Lakehouse Apartments has been such a great experience! The community is always clean and peaceful, and it really feels like a little oasis in the middle of the city. The apartments themselves are beautiful….modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, the amenities are a huge bonus! Whether I’m hanging by the pool, getting a workout in at the gym, or just enjoying the outdoor spaces, there’s always something to do. Honestly, what makes this place so special is the staff. They’re amazing - super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond if you need anything. You can tell they really care about the residents, which is so rare to find. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, I can’t recommend Lakehouse enough. It’s been everything I hoped for and more - I will definitely be resigning!

Having been a homeowner for many years with responsibility for every detail, it is really nice to arrive and be welcomed by all the staff, to get immediate answers to any questions and requests. We're busy unpacking; but can't wait to take advantage of all the amenities in the building and to explore all the shops and eateries in the neighborhood.

Great facility,secure parking and access with a great view( Lake Ivanhoe) .Did I mention the Pinery is located in the building and Greek Corner,Russel’s,Gnarly Barley,Lazy lure etc all within 1 minute walk ! Best management and maintenance staff

Getting a tour, lease signed, and moving in was a breeze. The Lake House staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is gorgeous and feels like you're staying at a luxury modern resort.

This community is gorgeous, and the apartments are very quiet and modern. The appliances are fantastic. The pool is very nice. The location is great with tons of restaurants and things to do nearby.

The best place to live in Orlando. Quiet, great location, concrete construction, high end finishes and service staff. The neighborhood is edgy, but clean and safe. Easy up and down to I-4 and close to necessity shopping amenities.

Really like Lakehouse! Staff is great. Couple of improvement area’s in my opinion: 1). Security cameras in the garage. 2). Security Cameras in the elevators 3). Parking area specifically for Uber eats drivers with very CLEAR directions on where to enter and to utilize the call box. ALSO….Uber eats delivery people should NEVER be allowed to use the elevators. Residents should meet them in the lobby! Residents are checked pretty thoroughly prior to living at Lakehouse…we have NO IDEA what kind of background these people have. My opinion is simply about security

It’s been a very nice experience at The Lake House. The office staff is always very helpful. The amenities are fantastic. The residents are polite. There are a lot of dogs which are always leashed.

I love it. Great community, awesome and reactive service. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Hands down the best apt complex in Orlando. 3 things I would love to see improved. First, I wish there were more electric car chargers in the park wing area as they are always occupied. Secondly, the Uber drivers find it very hard to deliver food and it’s always a long explanation for groceries and food delivery. And lastly, the main entrance, which is the most prime and beautiful lobby part of the building is shut for the residents who work 9-6 and have to walk around into the parking garage which at times seems a bit unfair.

The first week has been really good. Move in was smooth. The area is exactly what we were looking for. The view is so serene and adds to overall ambience of our place. Plenty to do with kids and pet. Lots of outdoor time which is a plus.

I moved into Lake House back in April. The area is great and convenient commute to work. The apartment is tucked into Ivanhoe Village and is walking distance to some great local hang outs. Love how quiet and safe the community is.
